Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is billed monthly with no contract, and you can change plans or leave whenever you need to.
Is a website included with hosting?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes free revisions of your current site, or an initial design and simple site build: one website, simple deployment and no page limit.
What does a redesign cost later?
A full rebuild is $199.99. A single new or redesigned page is $29.99.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes free migration from your current provider. Sites on Wix are not included.
How are website backups handled?
Every hosted site is backed up nightly with point-in-time snapshots on redundant ZFS storage. Base keeps the last 14, Boost the last 30 and Boost Plus the last 45, and we take a backup before every update or publish.
What uptime can I expect?
We target 99.5% monthly uptime and publish our real numbers on our status page. It is a target, not a guarantee.
Is my store's payment data safe?
Card payments are handled by Stripe, Square, PayPal or WooPayments. Card details never touch our servers.
