Frequently asked questions
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is billed monthly with no contract, and you can change plans or leave whenever you need to.
Is a website included with hosting?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes free revisions of your current site, or an initial design and simple site build: one website, simple deployment and no page limit.
What does a redesign cost later?
A full rebuild is $199.99. A single new or redesigned page is $29.99.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes free migration from your current provider. Sites on Wix are not included.
Who owns my domain?
You do. We register domains in your name through our registrar partner and manage renewals for you.
How are website backups handled?
Every hosted site is backed up nightly with point-in-time snapshots, and we take a backup before every update or publish.
Do you provide email?
We set up professional email on your domain through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, because they deliver mail more reliably than any small host can.
Do VPS plans include root access?
Yes. Every VPS plan and both specialized servers include root access.
What works with Off-site Backup?
restic, Borg and S3-compatible backup tools. It is an always-on backup target, not file sync. For sync and sharing, see File Storage.
What uptime can I expect?
We target 99.5% monthly uptime and publish our real numbers on our status page. It is a target, not a guarantee.
Is my store's payment data safe?
Card payments are handled by Stripe, Square, PayPal or WooPayments. Card details never touch our servers.
Where are you based?
Aubrey, Texas. We work with businesses across North Texas, and website reviews happen on a private preview link, so you never need to be in the same room.
How do I get started?
